In other news, my dad had an accident.

It rained heavily on Monday night and on Tuesday morn he prepared to head to his school an hour away from home, in Serian.

The road to Serian isn't exactly smooth sailing. It has a few ups and downs in the way. So what happened was about 2 km from his school there's a small hill. You go up the hill, come down it and at the foot there's a sharp turn.

He went up, was going down when he saw a motorcycle in front. So he pressed the brakes. The brakes jammed. So down the hill he went, slammed into the drainage wall, the car tipped over and spun on it's side across the road and went into the drain only to hit a tree.

The Avanza is pretty banged up, the sides are totaled and he has to get the frame reworked. Miraculously, he crawled out of the car via the passengers side door and called his colleagues to come get him.

So yeah. I'm lucky to still have a dad but it kinda sucks now we only have one car cause my dad works outstation and can't come home whenever he feels like it.
