Today, I discovered that a friend of mine blogged. I was astonished, flabbergasted, stunned and taken aback at this revelation. It never occurred to me to ask her for her blog. I felt guilty because I molested her many times but never got to know her life online.
I dyed my hair. It did not become as light as the colour shown on the box but that's okay. I'm just glad it changed colour at all. Part of me screams in panic because I've never had a different hair colour but part of me feels very pretty right now. Very. Very. Pretty.
I read the latest chapter of D.Grayman and was stunned. Kanda was dead but now he's not. He was dead. And then they brought him back in the body of a nine year old. He's still smokin hot though.
It didn't occur to be to blog about what happened last week. It was my first experience with a serious deadline. 400+ addresses, printed on 400+ envelopes, stuffed with 400+ letters and then stuck with 400+ stamps. Thank God for my colleagues, Paul, Neslin, Jenny, Sue, Min, Jun, Mdm. Chai, Mdm. Lau and Ambrose. Otherwise, I could have never gotten it done. Did I mention that there were two lists between which I was severely confused? Yes. The old list and the new list with updated addresses, missing people and different formats. I'm now creating a new list, updating the addresses and reformatting the information for the lucky bastard who's going to take over for next time. There will be a next time.
For those who don't know, I'm working at JuruSurvei Konsult, Chonglin Park. Above Sharon's hair studio, opposite the cars. Why? My uncle is the boss and I asked him for a job. What do I do? Basically, copy and paste bits of maps into new files and update the personal information of people who have land *coughcoughibancoughbidayuhcoughorangulucoughbumiputerasingeneral*. These people are really lucky. I actually came across someone my age, who inherited about 12 hectares of land at Sebungan, somewhere around Lundu I think. How big is that? Think 12 football fields. It's a boring job but beggars can't be choosers. I also have awesome colleagues.
Due to this new thing called work, I realise that I've been very lucky to be a student. I really miss studying. Also, my uncle doesn't believe that the liver comes before the stomach. >> I'm going through a period of extreme artistic fatigue. I've no drive whatever to update FtGF- FtR, MSMC, Twisted Tales and Domestic. I haven't even made an attempt at Lucy in the past few months. I haven't touched my drawing pen all that seriously either.
Here's to hoping the DGMkink Writeathon will help me out.
Cheers all.
